PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in order to inform the Buyer prior to confirming an order placed through www.mysamoon.com.

4. Payment Information

The order amount shall be collected using the payment method selected by the Buyer during the ordering process.

The total amount payable is presented to the Buyer for approval before the order is completed.

5. Delivery Information

The products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during the ordering process.

For products marked “Made to Order” on the relevant product page, the estimated delivery period is 7–15 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

For products not carrying this notice, the delivery period shall be as stated on the relevant product page.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Where the Buyer is entitled to a right of withdrawal under the applicable legislation, the Buyer may exercise such right within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

Detailed provisions governing the exercise of the right of withdrawal, its exceptions and the applicable procedures are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement and the Shipping, Returns and Exchanges Policy.

7. Circumstances Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

For products and services falling within the exceptions to the right of withdrawal under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the relevant provisions of the applicable legislation shall apply.

Information regarding products falling within such exceptions is also provided on the relevant product page and during the pre-order information process.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this sale may be referred to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

9. Confirmation

Before completing the order, the Buyer acknowledges and declares that they have:

• read this Preliminary Information Form;

• read the Distance Sales Agreement;

understood their contents and approved them electronically.
