MYSA MOON RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

SHIPPING & RETURNS 

Mysa Moon is a brand that aims to provide unconditional customer satisfaction. Shipping is free on all your orders. All shipments will be sent through UPS Express Cargo. 

Free Shipping:

All your orders are sent free of charge by UPS Cargo. Your domestic orders will be sent to your registered delivery address within 3 working days. Your international orders will be sent to your registered delivery address within 7 working days at the latest. Please check your shipping address before placing your order. 

Returns:

If you want to return the product you purchased, within 14 days as of the delivery date of the product please contact us at customercare@mysamoon.com to create a return request. Afterwards, you can return your product from any cargo branch. Please note that the shipping cost of returns belongs to our customers. Once you create a return request, our team will contact you to discuss the reason of your return.


RETURN POLICY 

Return Right Within 14 Days:

You can return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date you receive the order by creating a return request. In order to return the products, they must comply with the return conditions. Returns of the products whose original packaging is damaged, used and cannot be purchased by another customer will not be accepted. 

International Shipping: 

All shipments will be made free of charge. However the customs duty and customs clearance fee (if any) belong to our customers. Please note that the shipping cost for returns belongs to our customers.

Exchanging in Showroom:

You can change the products you purchased from Mysamoon.com with any product you want from the Mysa Moon Showroom within 14 days as of the delivery date of the product. If you want to change the size of the product you purchased from Mysamoon.com, you can contact us at customercare@mysamoon.com and submit your new size request. Please send the product to us via any cargo branch after we confirm your size exchange. Size exchanges can be made online, however style exchanges are only made in the Mysa Moon Showroom. Please note that the shipping cost of size exchanges belongs to our customers.

“We have received your return” Notification:

You will be notified by e-mail when we receive your return. 

Refunds: 

If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refund process will be completed within 3 working days and sent to your bank. The refunded amount will be reflected on your card within approximately 1-3 working days. This process may take longer depending on your bank. Refunds of installment payments are made in installments as per bank processes. You can follow the refund process by contacting your bank.
